Alpha Workforce provides remote talent, virtual assistant, and AI automation services. We connect businesses with pre-vetted remote professionals and provide automation solutions to help businesses scale efficiently.

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Remote talent placement and management
  • Virtual assistant services (dedicated and shared)
  • AI automation solutions
  • Business process automation
  • Workforce outsourcing solutions
  • Related consulting and support services
Service Agreements

Engagement Terms

  • Service agreements are formed when you accept a quote and make payment or begin using our services
  • Specific terms for each engagement will be outlined in individual service agreements or contracts
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion
  • Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis

Service Availability

  • We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions
Payment Terms

Payment Obligations

  • Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
  • For monthly services, payment is due in advance on a monthly basis
  • For hourly services, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
  • For project-based services, payment terms will be specified in the project agreement

Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and ACH payments
  • All payments must be made in the currency specified in your agreement
  • You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider

Late Payments

  • Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments
  • You are responsible for all costs of collection, including legal fees, for overdue accounts
Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

  • You may cancel your service at any time with written notice to us
  • For monthly services, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • For hourly services, you may stop using services at any time
  • For project-based services, cancellation terms will be specified in the project agreement
  • No cancellation fees apply unless specified in your service agreement

Our Right to Cancel

  • We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services for violation of these terms
  • We may cancel services for non-payment after providing notice
  • We may cancel services if we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services
  • In case of cancellation by us (except for cause), we will provide a prorated refund
Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new clients
  • If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund
  • Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of service commencement
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for unused portions of prepaid services
  • For hourly services, refunds apply only to unused hours
  • For project-based services, refunds depend on project completion status and agreement terms
  • Refunds are not available for services already delivered and accepted

Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible
  • Processing time may vary depending on payment method and financial institution
  • We are not responsible for delays in refund processing by third-party payment processors
Liability Limitations

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from third-party actions or circumstances beyond our control

No Warranties

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements
  • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our services
  • You use our services at your own risk

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Workforce, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our website are owned by Alpha Workforce or our licensors
  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission
  • Our services, processes, and methodologies are proprietary and confidential

Your Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your business data, content, and intellectual property
  • You grant us a license to use your content and data solely for providing our services
  • We will not use your intellectual property for any purpose other than service delivery
Confidentiality

We understand the importance of confidentiality in business relationships. We agree to:

  • Keep all client information and business data confidential
  • Not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent
  • Use confidential information solely for providing our services
  • Maintain confidentiality obligations even after service termination
  • Require all team members and contractors to sign confidentiality agreements
Dispute Resolution
